“Sustaina-village” is a sustainability-themed festival started in 2016. The theme of this year is “LOVE CIRCUS”. One of the leaders of French contemporary circus scene performes his new work “LOVE”. “This enables me to show you the moment to overturn what we think are limits or common sense” he explains. His attitude to revisit the natur of circus overturns our daily lives and makes them into a instipational, creative place. The event will be live shows and performances, workshops, talk events, and many others.<\/p>\n

Camille Boitel<\/h5>\n

He studies at the highly acknowledged circus academy Fratellini Academy. He began to stand out while performing professionally under James Thi\u00e9rr\u00e9e, one of the leading circus in France, also known as a grandson of Charlie Chaplin. After winning the inaugural Jeunes Talents Cirque (Young Circus Performer) Award in 2002, Camille Boitel created the company L’Imm\u00e9diat. In 2010 he was awarded the Prix Mimos, one of the major festivals in the country. His other performanses include TACT\/FESTIVAL and L’Homme de Hus (Man of Hus) both at Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre in 2016.
