KYOTOGRAPHIE works with a diverse range of photographers producing a variety of exhibitions.
KYOTOGRAPHIE now offers the opportunity to exhibit our previous shows. The exhibitions range in size and volume and we are happy to work with you creating an exhibition that will fit your space.
EXHIBITION PACKAGE:
KYOTOGRAPHIE’s exhibitions come ready to hang, bilingual labels, and framed, with accompanying captions and text panels that need to be produced by the venue.
Advance materials include an exhibition checklist, artwork list and condition report forms.
KYOTOGRAPHIE will provide the direction for the exhibition design, the costs associated with this are separate from the loan fee and are to be negotiated by the borrower.
Depending on the size and duration of the exhibition our photographers may be able to attend openings or educational programs organised by host institutions; we are happy to facilitate those arrangements. This is a case by case situation please contact us further to discuss.
EXHIBITOR’S RESPONSIBILITIES:
The participating venue is responsible for the exhibition fee, space design fee, prorated shipping, and insurance coverage while the work is on loan. Generally, we will require a certificate of insurance and a facilities report from each participating venue. Our contract outlines the arrangements with exhibitors regarding the works security, environmental controls, and other aspects of hosting an exhibition.
